Presentation
All lecture rooms are equipped with PCs and projectors. The presentations are to be uploaded onto a central server. All presenters will receive an e-mail prior to the conference with the login details and deadlines for uploading.
For all sessions, pdf (preferred) and powerpoint files (ppt and pptx) will be accepted. Private laptops cannot be used. In addition to uploading, all presenters are asked to bring their presentation on a USB stick to the session.
In the vicinity of the conference office, PCs and personnel will be at your disposal regarding assistance of upload or test runs of your presentation.
Normally, contributed talks are scheduled for 12 minutes followed by a 3-minute discussion. Please refer to the programme of the respective division for the time allocated to your talk, as it can differ.
